Contest: Balanced Diet
Hi everyone! Hope you are enjoying good health and your life. I am here again for taking part in this healthful contest. Well , I am well and hope you learn from this post more.
Right type of food, eating right amount of food is a balanced diet. Balance diet includes fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains and a little fat. A good diet gives energy to our body and energy is needed to work and stay healthy. It help to us grow well and keep our body strong. We should avoid eating too much junk food, sugary drinks and oily items. Drinking clean water is also important in balance diet. A balanced diet is not inly about eating less amout, it is about eating smart amount.
If we eat different foods in the right portions, we can live a better, happy and healthier life.
Our diet has great effect on our health. In the case of eating healthy food, we live active, happy and fine. Our good diet can help body to fight against sickness. It also make bones and muscles strong. It also keep our heart and brain working good. On the other side, in case of eating too much fast food can make us sick and lazy. It can also create problems like diabetes, obesity and heart problems.

Good food also affect on our mood, brain and sleep. So, select healthy meals, we are going to live a better life. A good diet is the key for strong, happy body.
I like to prefer a simple and natural diet. I like eating more fruits, vegetables and home cooked food. I drink plenty of water and avoid soft drinks and too much sugary drinks.
I eat boiled and grilled food in place of fried items. I select brown bread and rice in place of white. I prefer to eat eggs and sometimes chicken and fish for bosy protein. I prefer this diet because it gives me energy and keep me fresh full day.
This type of diet help my body to live healthy, stay away from sickness. It also keeps my weight in control.
According to my own experience, fresh and simple food eating works best. I feel more active when I eat food which is cooked at home. I suggest, we starting our day with a glass of warm water and a fruit like apple.

Vegetables with rice is also beneficial for body in day time. At night, eat something light or in low quantity. Do not eating late and don’t drink cold drinks too much. Drinking 7– 9 glasses of water daily. These little changes make us feel more better,energetic and less tired.
A healthy diet is not so expensive, it only need regular care and good selection.
