Having a strong Immunity system in a human body is most important because a strong imunity system protect our body from many types of infections and diseases, viruses and other harmful diseases that cause serious illness for our body. There are many ways to boost immunity system. The most powerful and mostly overlooked way to eat healthy diet like diet from plants and hydrate is to get adequate sleep quality.

Sleep plays an very important role for our body, how the immune system works with sleep.

During sleep, the body suffer an important repair process, including the production of Cytokine proteins that help regulate and enhance or immunity system. These cytokines are important that prevent our body from infections and inflammation. Deprivation or disturbance of sleep, reduces the production of these protective Cytokine proteins and makes you more susceptible to illnesses or any disease such as the flu, colds and even serious health issues that may week our body.

A Research informed that adults need around 7-9 hours of sleep per night for optimal health and strong immunity system. Children are mostly need more. However, high duration sleep is not just for the time you need to sleep. Sleep disruptions or poor sleep can interfere with the immune system even if you also spend more of time in bed to seelp.

  • Eat a Balanced and Nutritional Diet

Keep Focus on eating whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats that is best diet for boosting immune system.

Vitamin C (citrus fruits), lake of vitamin C also week our immunity system

Eat diet which are full with Vitamin D (eggs, fish, sunlight)

Lake of Zinc in our body also effect on immune system (pumpkin seeds, lentils, nuts).

These nutrients help strengthen immune function.

  • Keep exercising like walking, yoga, or cycling improves circulation in our body, reduces stress hormones from body, and boosts immune responses. A Research show for 30 minutes a day exercise also boost immune system.
  • Stress releases cortisol (Chronic ) in our , which weakens our immunity system.
    Mostly try to deep breathing, meditation, or spending some time with nature to reduce stress levels.

Avoid Smoking and Alcohol Drinks Smoking in injurious for health and weakens our lung function and alcoholic drinks disrupts our immune balance.
