The name of my favorite fruit is Banana Fruit. I love this Fruit so much because it's very sweet and tastes heavenly. It is also smooth and can be eaten by those who has toothache. It is also the Power house of several Nutrients like Vitamin C, Potassium, Fiber, Vitamin B6 etc.

Yes fruits is part of my everyday diet, I try as much as possible to eat Fruits atleast once everyday. Some of the reasons while I consume fruits includes the following.
High source of Dietary fiber
Fruits contains high amount of Dietary Fiber which helps in digestion in the body.High source of Antioxidants
It is also the chief source of Antioxidants, which helps to shield the body from harmful free radicals that can cause cells damage.Hydration
It also helps me to stay hydrated everyday because of its high fluid content.Source of Vitamin
It also contains various Vitamins which helps in the general well-being of the body.

I have experienced so many health benefits from eating fruits and they includes the following.
Reduces the risk of falling sick
My consumption of Fruits helps to boost my Immune system and therefore helps my body to fight Infections and Diseases.Glowing skin
I don't do too much skincare, but my skin is glowing because I eat Fruits often.Enhanced vision
Some fruits like Paw paw, Mango contains Beta-carotene which helps to improve Vision.Weight management
It is low in Calories and high in Fiber and fluid which helps one to have healthy weight.

I love fruit desert, drinks and shakes. Fruit based drink and Shakes are Beverages made from Varieties of Fruit, while Fruits Dessert can be fruit Salad made by combining different fruits together, Fruits Crumbles is also another type of Dessert made with fresh fruits with Oats, butter and Sugar. I love eating Fruit Salad, drinking fruit based Drinks and Shakes, because it is Nutritious and very easy to prepare. It also gives me the opportunity to incorporate and eat several fruits at once.
