Regularly eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins C, D and A, minerals, and antioxidants. These nutrients support the function of immune cells. Examples include citrus fruits, berries, vegetables, and bell peppers etc.

Getting enough protein is essential for boosting and repairing our immune system. Lean protein sources like chicken, fish, beans, and lentils are excellent choices.
