Second it is necessary for our health that we drink proper amount of water. To keep our bodies hydrated we should consume eight to ten glasses of water each day. In addition to water prepared beverages like turmeric milk green tea and lemon water can help strengthen immunity. Our bodies fight off illnesses while we sleep so getting enough sleep is also essential. A healthy sleep schedule of at least 7 to 8 hours maintains our bodies and minds resilient to disease.

Finally we should take care of our everyday schedule and try to minimize stress. Walking morning stretches or mild exercise all help to strengthen our bodies and increase blood circulation. Vitamin D which is beneficial for our immune system and bones can also obtained by spending a few minutes each day sitting in the sun. Smoking cold beverages and junk food are bad for our health. Consuming dry fruits such as walnuts and almonds is also beneficial to our immunity and general health. Take care of yourself and stay well.
