I think swimming can be classified into these three categories: sport, exercise, and healthy activities.

For sport, swimming is an individual racing sport that requires the movement of the body in water. Sports can take place in a place like a pool or a swimming pool.

Swimming can also be seen as an exercise, because it makes your body very fit and all your muscles to be strong too.
Swimming is an exercise because whenever we swim, our bodies are always at rest.

Yes I swim before, and I had the best experience so far.

The last time I swimm was in pool and it was amazing.
I went out with my friends to have fun because I always like to swim, swimming always gives me joy and it makes my body git and sound.
