My Daily Mental Relaxation: Lavender Spray and the Path to Deep Sleep
Throughout the day, my mind is constantly racing. Thoughts come one after another, and at times I feel a tightness inside me. This mental overload sometimes extends into the night. That’s when my little ritual comes into play: lavender scent.
