What is your favourite fruit and why do you like it?

My favourite fruit is mango and it is very nutritious and delicious. It is also beneficial to human health. I like it because it contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it also improves immunity and digestive eye health.

Is fruits are a part of your diet or do you consume them often? Tell us the reasons.

I don't take fruits as part of my regular diet but eat it often, why I do that is because some fruits contain much sugar which are mangoes, bananas grapes, cherries and this are my best fruits, so in order not for me not to have high sugar in my body I have to control the way I eat them.

Have you ever experienced any health benefits from regularly consuming fruits?

Eating fruits has so many health benefits like boosting the immune system, providing essential vitamins and minerals, promoting heart health and aiding in weight management due to their fibre content and natural sweetness.

Do you liked fruit based desserts, drinks and shakes? If yes then tell us about them.

Consuming fruits dessert is a healthy choice because fruits contain dietary fiber. Fruit dessert provides nutrient-rich in sweetness, fruit dessert are packed with natural vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it contains natural sugar, hydration, weight management, enhanced flavour and texture and also versatility.
