Obesity is the name of fat which means having too much body weight. It happens when a person eats more food than the body needs and does not move and does not do any exercise. Then the extra food changed into fat. This fat stays in the body and make us heavy also with different disease. This disease can be born into many other diseases. It is not good for our health. It can cause many problems like heart attack, diabetes and also high blood pressure. In my knowledge the doctors use BMI for check obesity. It stands for Body Mass Index.
Body Mass Index should be under 30, if there is 30 or more than 30, it means the person is obese. Obesity change can change our physical appearance.

Obesity is very bad for our health. It brings extra weight on the body that makes it hard for the body to move and stay active. Obesity is born with different problems like heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes and many other different diseases. Mostly oneses person have pain in joint and it is very hard to move for him due to having extra weight.
People with obesity feel tired all the time and are lazy. It can also affect the breath system and disturb sleep. Some people feel sad or shy because of their high weight. Our body weak and slow due to Obesity. For staying healthy, we should eat good food, exercise and keep our weight in control.

Everything is possible in this world, the obest problem can be solved by simple tips. I mentioned below Ways to get rid of obesity:
- Eat more fruits and vegetables and reduce obesity.
- Try to have homemade, healthy meals, this can help to reduce obesity.
- We should avoid fast food, cold drinks and sweets to get rid of obesity.
- Use of water daily 6–8 glasses every day is helpful to get rid of obesity.
- Exercise and walk for 30 minutes daily is very important to reduce obesity.
- Do not sit free for too long and stay active.
- Have proper sleep for about 7–8 hours every night to reduce obesity risks.
- Stay calm and avoid stress are also necessary.
- Keep moving around during the day.
- Be patient and consistent to lose weight.
