Eating good amount of food according to our needs of body is called a balanced diet. This is very good for our body health and keeps us from different diseases. It includes fruits, grains vegetables and proteins like meats, eggs milk and water. As an example, eating rice with lentils, salad and a banana is a balanced diet. It provides energy to our body. It helps us grow and keeps us strong. A good diet also helps to fight against sickness. We should avoid too many cold drinks, chips pizza, burgers and shawarma. Using little from each food group daily is the best way to live healthy and feel active.

What we eat affects our whole body. A healthy diet gives energy and keeps our weight normal. Healthy diet also protect us from diseases. For example, person who eat more fruits and vegetables have clear skin and more active. But other side, eating too much foods like burgers, fries or soda can make us fat and sick. It also caused diabetes and heart problems. Our minds work better by using a balanced diet. It keeps us happy. So, it is important to select healthy food every day for a strong body and a good life.

My preference a simple and clean diet for my health. In morning time, I eat boiled egg and milk. In lunch, I like vegetables with flatbread and sometimes rice. In dinner, I like to eat light food like soup and yogurt especially in winter season. I also eat fruits like apples, mango and bananas. I avoid soft drinks and too much sugar. Once a month I enjoy a small pizza. This diet gives me energy and keeps my stomach clean. It is easy to follow and keeps me active. Eating homemade and natural food makes me feel fresh and healthy every day.

According to my experience, drinking enough water and never missing breakfast is very important.
- Start your day with milk, eggs or bread. Eat fruit daily, like an apple.
- Use salad for lunch and eat vegetables for dinner.
- We must avoid too much fried and sweet food.
- My suggestion is replace cold drinks with fresh juice and lemon water. For example, eating a boiled egg with bread in the morning and fruit in evening lt helped us feel more active.
These small changes can make me strong, fresh and healthy in a simple and easy way.
