What is your favorite drink in summer, and why do you like it?
Orange juice is my favorite drink in summer. I like orange juice because it helps my body metabolize carbohydrates due to the natural sugar, vitamins, enzymes, and minerals that are in oranges. Another reason why I like orange juice in summer is because of its benefits. Whenever I consume it, it helps to intervene in the construction of proteins and helps me to sustain an antiacid. Besides all this, it is for digestion, and orange juice is a natural juice that is good for our health.
Do you prepare it at home or buy it from somewhere? Share how it's made if homemade?.
Is being long that I prepared orange juice for myself at home. The last time that I prepared orange was in early January, and since then, I haven't prepared it at home, other than buying it from somewhere else. There is a restaurant and a bar in my area that sells orange juice. Whenever I am craving orange juice, I walk to either the restaurant or the bar in my area and buy natural orange juice.

Orange juice offers a lot of health benefits due to its rich nutritional profile, especially vitamin C and other nutrients that are found in oranges. Orange juice is a good source of vitamin C, which helps to boost our immune system, support collagen synthesis for skin health, protect cells from damage, and improve digestion and as. Well, orange juice also contributes to heart health, which helps you stop kidney stones and aid in iron absorption. The health benefits of orange juice are so wide, and it is the reason why it is my favorite summer drink.
Would you recommend this drink to others? Why or why not?
Sure I would recommend orange juice to others. The reason why I would recommend orange juice to others is because of the good health benefits that orange juice offers, and also, I prioritize the health of other people so much that I would recommend others to improve their well-being and health with orange juice.

What I love in the summer is putting a Watermelon in the blender and mixing it until it is a juice -
I then put the mixture into the refrigerator
It is a refreshing drink with natural sugar that is great after workouts or any time on hot days
You can also add in other fruit in the blender if you wish such as blueberries, raspberries, bananas, Kiwis, Strawberries etc.
