What is your favourite fruit and why do you like it?

Watermelon is my favorite fruit because it is sweet and makes me not taste it. Each time I eat it, it is a fruit that has enough water, which means taking it would make me feel hydrated. It is a healthy fruit, and the good reason why I love watermelon so much is because of how sweet and the content of water that is in the fruit.


Is fruits are a part of your diet or do you consume them often? Tell us the reasons.

Fruits are not part of my diet but I do consume them often. The reason why I do consume fruit often is that I don't know the exact fruits that are to be added to my diet and that which at to be added to my diet besides, fr. Units have their season, which currently is the season of mango 🥭, which I am consuming. I am a lover of all kinds of fruits that are eatable, and every day, I ensure I eat at least one fruit.


Have you ever experienced any health benefits from regularly consuming fruits?

Yes, I have experienced health benefits from regularly consuming fruits. One of the benefits is that consuming fruits aids the digestion process, improves my well-being, makes me look fresh and healthy, improves my eyesight, and a lot more. Each time I eat fruit, I enjoy sleeping and relaxing.


Do you like fruit-based desserts, drinks, and shakes? If yes then tell us about them.

I like fruit-based drinks and shakes this is because they are well-purified and made. Fruit drinks are what I usually take the most time to feel happy, and it is good for my health as they improve my well-being.
