Heat stroke is not a good thing as it is a condition that threatens our lives, which happens when we find ourselves in a place where there is no ventilation, lack of space, or air. Heat stroke happens when our body begins to overheat due to the inability of us to review air, resulting in our body temperature rising above 104°F (40°C). Prolonged sweating can result in a heart stroke, and a stroke can make one feel uncomfortable because it is a life-threatening condition that occurs when our body overheats.


Describe the symptoms of this condition.

The symptoms of this condition are as follows;

  • High body temperature which is above 104°F (40°C
  • Headache
  • Dry, hot skin
  • Flushed or red skin
  • Vomiting or Nausea
  • Breathing and Rapid Heartbeat
  • Dizziness

Tell us the First aid that should be given to the patient

The first aid that should be given to the patient should be the following:

  • Calling the attention of emergency services should be the first thing to be done.

  • Moving the affected person to a cold place should be done

  • Use cold water to cool down the affected quickly

  • Provide water for the affected person if he or she is conscious

  • Monitor the person's breathing and responsiveness.
