What do you know about back pain?
Back pain is a pain that affects our back the major reasons for experiencing back pain are disk damage, muscle strain, chronic conditions like fractures, and several others. When a person is feeling back pain, the whole of his or her back, from the top of his or her neck down to the waist, is usually affected with severe pains, which most time would be as if the rib is broken.

Yes, I have ever had back pain, which was not a severe one. The cause of my back pain was my sitting posture on an iron seat, which happened when I was in school. I sat down in an uncomfortable seat for a long time. The next day, as I went to school, I stood up for long hours, which caused me back pain. For a good three days, I wasn't myself when the back pain started, which I thought was a minor something, and rushed and took paracetamol to relieve the pain.
What are the causes and symptoms of back pain?
The causes and symptoms of back pain that I know too well are as follows:

How can we prevent and treat back pain?
The best way we can prevent and treat back pain are the following ways, which are shared below.
- By resting
- By moving gently or stretching
- By applying an ice pack or hot compress
- By taking over-the-counter pain medication
- By taking anti-inflammatory drugs.
