How to prevent the Hypertension by medications and exercises

How are you Steemians. Hope you all are well I am good too by the grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY. My name is Jiya and I am becoming a physiotherapist I have completed my half graduation and today I am going to tell you about the risk of hypertension and how to control it using physiotherapy and medications.
As we know that hypertension is the biggest offender of health first we know that What is hypertension?
Hypertension is when our blood pressure increases beyond the limit.
The normal blood pressure is 120x18 mmHg. The systolic blood pressure is 120 mm mercury and diastolic pressure is 80 mm mercury. Systolic pressure is when the heart contracts and diastolic pressure is when our heart relaxes.
We should know that hypertension is the main root cause of heart attack which is a myocardial infection.
We should maintain our blood pressure so that we can avoid heart diseases If our blood pressure remains high above the limit of just 130 by 90 mm mercury then it means that we are on the borderline of the heart diseases so we should know how to prevent the blood pressure.
We should do regular exercises aerobic exercises in which there is the involvement of oxygen just as walking for 30 minutes regularly reduces the risk of high blood pressure. If the person has high blood pressure and arrhythmia then the person should take hydrogen receptor blockers beta blockers or calcium channel blockers.
The most prescribed medicine is the calcium channel blocker it inhibits the entrance of calcium into the heart which increases blood pressure. These medicines are trying to protect the heart from the myocardial infection which is heart attack.
So heart attack results because of the high blood pressure. That patience when comes to the doctors we prescribe him regular exercises and medicines we should not prevent the exercise and medicines.
As we know medicines temporarily protect a person from diseases but it is not a permanent solution so we should take the precautions that a doctor prescribes exercise is a natural healing process it reduces The risk of heart disease and many others
Then we do Aerobic exercises it make our body healthy and prevent diseases it is a natural healing process along we should be diet conscious we should not intake salt too much because the person already has a high amount of salt in the body and eat more and more vegetables. So we can say that high blood pressure is the root cause of many diseases It can be life-threatening if we do not take care of it
We ask the patients to control their blood pressure in the early stages in the stage of prehypertension which is 130x90 if it increases above that value it becomes stage 1 or stage two hypertension then it is difficult to compare to its normal value. Hence it becomes more difficult to cure the person.
