"Muscular Contractions"
How often do you suffer from muscle contractions?
I don't often suffer from muscle contractions, but as of the last two months, I have suffered from muscle contractions which were due to my poor posture of sitting down, stress, lack of doing exercises, and staying hydrated. Since that day, I have been carefully checking my health to avoid having muscle contractions or any health-related issues.
In your case, what is the reason for these contractions?
In my case, the reasons for these contractions are as follows: lack of stretching, poor posture, stress, or overuse of muscles. Most of the time, if we stress our muscles, the possibility of having muscle contraction is higher. Standing or sitting uncomfortably for long periods can cause someone to have muscle contractions. Also, electrolyte imbalance and dehydration can be a reason for muscle contraction.
What do you do to relieve those muscle contractures?
What I do to relieve those muscle contractures is as follows:
I usually do stretching, which helps me to relieve tension.
I usually drink enough water and ensure that I take electrolytes like potassium and magnesium.
I normally do exercises regularly to strengthen my muscle
I usually meditate on myself and taking a deep breath has been helpful to me.
What advice do you recommend to avoid muscle contractions?
My advice that I do recommend to avoid muscle contractions is regularly stretching muscles, staying hydrated, and having a good posture when standing or sitting can help us to avoid muscle contractions, which is what I am recommending for people to do.

I never knew people under 30 could experience muscle contraction until recently. From what you have shared, we need to maintain good posture always, especially for those who spend so much time sitting in front of computers. Lessons learnt.
Muscular contraction can happen to anyone. Thanks for your support.
