Assalamu Alaikum friends, I begin in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. I welcome all friends to the blog of Iqra Batool. And I hope you are living a happy and beautiful life with your loved ones. Today I am going to participate in a competition that has always been my favorite competition and for that I want to thank @abdullahW2 who organized this competition. So now without wasting your precious time let's move to my post.
How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night, and do you think it’s enough?
I usually sleep about five to six hours every night because I work on this platform and have to write diaries, posts etc.Because I sometimes have to do contests etc. in different communities, that's why I sleep late at night.I sleep about five to six hours every night because I don't have much time to sleep at night. I sleep late. The number of hours I sleep is not enough because we should sleep about eight to nine hours a night.
I sleep five to six hours, which is not enough. Honestly, the amount of time I sleep is not enough. I should sleep about eight to nine hours a day, but I have a lot of work to do, so I sleep late at night. In the past, people used to go to bed early and wake up early in the morning. At that time, there were no mobile phones. Today, there are mobile phones. A person will get used to looking at their mobile phone until they spend two or three hours at night talking on it, at which point they will not be able to sleep. I also sleep late at night because I read novels etc.
Do you follow any sleep routine (like reading, meditation, avoiding screens
I follow a sleep routine. I can sleep whenever I want. I sleep late at night. I often have downloaded the novel Jannat Ke Patty on my mobile and I watch its episodes. This is a very interesting and beautiful novel and I can't sleep until I read it. I read three to four chapters of it every day before going to sleep. I sometimes read other novels too.
Now I have started reading this novel. I am very addicted to my mobile phone. I don't sleep until I have spent three to four hours with it because I work on the Steemit platform and I have to share my daily activities. I stay active with others and chat with my cousins on WhatsApp and check my cousin's statuses at night. Because I'm not very busy during the day and I don't get time to check statuses etc. because I have a lot of household chores.
I turn off my phone before going to bed so that its sound or notifications don't disturb me.
Before going to bed, if I have a chain around my neck, I take it off and sleep so that it doesn't bother me.
Before going to bed, I watch two or three episodes of the novel "Jannat Ke Patte" (Leaves of Paradise).
Before going to bed at night, I drink a glass of lukewarm milk, which helps me sleep well.
I set an alarm before going to bed at night to pray Fajr.
I pray Isha and go to sleep.
What disturbs your sleep the most? (noise, stress, mobile, late-night eating, etc.)
There are many things that bother me at night while I sleep, which is why I can't sleep. Traffic, since I live near the road. The horns of cars and trucks disturb me when I sleep at night, and the sounds of animals at night also keep me awake, especially the sounds of dogs and donkeys. Mental stress and worries also don't let me sleep at night. Often when I'm worried, I don't sleep at night and I stay awake. And the curves kept changing again and again.
The following are the things that bother me at night while I sleep:
Whenever someone suddenly enters the room or turns on the light, it disrupts my sleep.
Eating too late or drinking tea or cold drinks in the evening also disrupts my sleep.
Animal sounds, especially those of dogs and donkeys.
Mobile notifications also bother me at night.
The worries and stress of the day also disrupt my sleep.
Car and truck horns and traffic noise.
If I don't pray Isha at night, I can't sleep.
