Hope you all doing well? I am also fine and enjoy my day's with family and friends with the grace of Allah Almighty. Today I am here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by Dear brother @abdullahw2. Why is staying hydrated more important in the summer than other seasons?

The staying hydrate in every season beneficial for our body. In the summer season is more important to stay hydrated because the weather is to much High. In this weather our body try to regulate our temperature as a medical student in our body the hemostasis system available which work and maintain our body temperature according to the outside temperature. In this weather the outside temperature almost 42 Centigrade but the our internal body temperature 37.5 so the hemostasis active and maintain the temperature with produce the sweeting and work as a cooling agent. In sweeting our body dehydrated in summer season as compare to all others that's why we need to hydrated more in summer season.


How much water do you try to drink daily in the summer? Do you follow any routine?.

In drinking water on daily basis different because its depend upon your satuation what you do in your routine work. Like if you work under the Cool place then you need to different amount of drinking water. I share my own routine with all if you how much Water i intake in the day.

With Dinner2 Glass Water

The routine of my Day totalybi follow this but in other time I also take some Juice, Milk Shake or Carbonated Dink's which i am nit Calculate Here. In the whole Day i drank almost 12 Glass Water which is almost 6 To 7 litter's per Day. I consider this is enough for me.

What are your favorite hydrating foods, drinks or beverages during hot weather

In this hot water many people have different choice on their taste like some enjoy the lemon Water,Fresh Juice, Milkshakes or Carbonated Dink's but as the season start my favorite drink in this Hot weather First choice to lemon Water when i am at home but in hostal the seen is totally different to made lemon Water not easy.

I totally Change my plan whne i am out home I took the peditarl from any pharmacy and mixed with one litter Water and enjoy in this Hot weather. I recommend you of these because as medical student i understand the positive impact on our body. In this hot water we loss our electrolytes or minerals that's why necessary to maintain these all Body Electrolytes.

How dehydration affects our body? And how to overcome that situation?

The Hydration affects our body in different Condition. These all condition we are comes due to severe dehydration in the summer Season.
Fatigue

•Headache

•Dizziness

•Dry mouth

•Dry skin

•Dark urine

•Constipation

•Muscle cramps

•Rapid heartbeat

•Confusion

Over Come

•Drink more water in this weather because it's so hot and warm.

• Take O.R.S in regular basis if any symptoms show.

• Eat more fruits which is Rich with Water like watermelon or other's.

• Avoid Caffeine if any one the smoking lover avoid from this Habit and don't move outside with out nay Task. This is some necessary precaution which we follow and save our self for dehydration.

During the summer period we are expected to stay hydrated at all times. Hydration is simply defined as the process of drinking a lot of plenty which helps to keep to body temperature in 36°c or 37°c. During summer, the human body temperature rises from it normal temperature to 39°c — 41°c. Nice to hear that you consume milkshake and fruit drinks to maintain hydration. After exercising we usually loss water and salt in our body. Hydration helps the body to relax and ease digestion. Well done @huraira50, it was nice reading your article, I noticed that you highlighted facts on the importance of hydration.

It's very true that water is consumed as needed, because there are times when the body feels sufficiently hydrated, but there are times when it seems like we've never had a drink at all.
