How are you all ? ? ? I hope you all arw good and enjoying your life . Today i an here to share my views about this contest.
So this contest us all about sleep.

As we all know a proper sleep is very important for everyone. And almost 8 hours of sleep is must for everyone to have good health. If you don't sleep on time ut may affects your health as well as your daily life. Not sleeping enough may weakens your physical health also makes you feel lazy and tired.

So let's start to answer the question of today's contest .

HOW MANY HOURS OF SLEEP DO YOU USUALLY GET EACH NIGHT, AND DO YOU THINKS IT'S ENOUGH ?

I Usually sleep for 8-9 hours and for me its enough as after sleeping for 8-9 hours i feel very fresh and energetic but if some time i sleep for 5-6 hours i feel tired and sleepy whole day.

DO YOU FOLLOW ANY SLEEP ROUTINE like ( reading, medication or avoiding screen )

The answer to this question is a big no because I don't follow any sleep routine or Never take any medication for it . But some times i use to read novels and after reading some pages i go for sleeping. But as far as avoiding screen time is concerned i don't do this because i read novels online on my mobile.

WHAT DISTURBS YOUR SLEEP ?

MY sleep is mostly disturb by noice as i can't sleep in noice and secondly i sleep in darkness if someone turns on the light of room my sleep get disturb by it.

POSITIVE IMPACT OF HAVING ENOUGH SLEEP AND NEGATIVE IMPACT OF TAKING NOT ENOUGH SLEEP

POSITIVE IMPACT OF ENOUGH SLEEP

There are so many benefits of having good and enough sleep.
It improves our immunity, increased our cardiac health, it also reduces anxiety, enhanc iur cognitive functions as well as improves our quality of life as we feel energetic and fresh after having good sleep.

NEGATIVE IMPACT OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH SLEEP

Same as benefits if we don't get enough sleep it may weakens our immune system and make us feel lazy and also increases the risks of having disease like diabetes and hypertension. Lack of sleep may affects our attention. It also increase stress on body.

So this is my today's post and i hope you all like it .
