My favourite fruit is mango. It is delicious and called as king of all fruits. Below are some benefits or reasons why I like mangos most.
Its smooth, yellowish, and sun-like gleam in the shade of green leaves fleshes my heart and fills my mouth with water. Its average size (neither big nor small) compared to the rest of all fruits makes it unique, and the color gradient on its body with little dark dots reflects its taste.
This is the first reason why I love to eat mangos. It is a well-textured fruit by nature.
No doubt, its aroma and flavor make everyone its lover and eater. Mango is said to be the king of all fruits because of its unique aroma and flavor. The fleshed fragrance spread by its body pushes thoughts towards nature, and the taste with an exquisite balance, rich sweetness, and juice makes everyone lovely and romantic.😊
If you are a lover of mango, then you must watch its texture in depth. A luxury smooth, almost creamy, my premium shape directly attracts human psychology when it is placed on the shelf. Each juicy part of it, when it dissolves into the tongue, makes a sense of sweetness and the taste of nature.

Well, you belong anywhere in the world, this fruit has its love and versatility with culture and tradition. In many cultures, it is considered a symbol of love and celebration. Its sublime solo delight with summer dishes fills my heart with glance and pleasure. In my area, it is eaten with love. Soon, it will be commonly available in markets, and people will surely move towards markets to fill their hearts with sweetness by eating this fruit. This versatile culture of eating mango is also why I love and am interested in this fruit.
My love for mangoes due to their nutritional importance is not much bigger because I love them for their taste, not because of their nutritional value. But after hearing some natural benefits like enriched victims quality with extensive carbohydrates also raised my interest in this fruit to eat.

Yes, fruits are a daily part of my diet. I eat cucumbers daily with salad and guava from my plant too.
We all know fruits provide essential vitamins, essential carbohydrates, antioxidants, and fibers for immunity. They also give hydration and glow to the skin and bring back the natural glow. This is one of the most blessed abilities of fruit provided to all humans. The ability to keep the body hydrated keeps me refreshed, and antioxidants promote radiant skin.
Flavor is the most important thing that uses the taste of a particular fruit. It makes any fruit famous to us, and therefore, how can one ignore it? When I eat fruits, there is no need for any artificial flavour any more and the natural sugar and other nutrients present in them have no competition with any artificial nutrient. This fact attracts everyone to eat fruits during any ailment.

Spring is leaving nowadays, and cherries and strawberries are very cheap and are common in my country. This is known as a culture to eat fruits according to their season and value in money. Usually, I eat most fruits when they are cheap and everybody does this🤭.
Ethical & Sustainable Choice ♻️ |
One can compare this reason with oneself. Just imagine you are eating a fruit and somebody asks you why you are eating fruits. What would be your answer? It will be this, because they are healthy. I am calling it an ethical and sustainable choice that we all make if we understand the importance of health and choice. From careful buying, purchasing fruits and eating them is my mother's habit, and she also chooses it as a sustainable choice, and I get enough fruits to eat every week.

A guava plant is grown at my home, and cucumber is a part of my daily consumption with lunch as part of af salad.

Cucumber is an important part of salad and daily consumption for most citizens with lunch. Below are some benefits observed from eating cucumbers daily.
It consists of 95% water, which makes it ideal for hydration, especially during the Summer season, as the conditions are in present days. I've observed that after eating cucumber daily, the hydration requirement of body is filled by this fruit. It is a green, en fruivegetableble and thus helps to boost the body's hydration requirement. A hydrated body keeps the skin healthy and causes toxin removal.

The Concept of calories was learnt by me during my college's first year, and I understood that eating healthy and low-calorie food can prevent adding extra fats to the body. This is what I have observed by eating cucumber daily: that no risk of fat is valid after eating this fruit.
Antioxidant & Anti-Inflammatory Effects🛡️ |
It is a sugar-free fruit, and after eating a cucumber, I never felt the sense of over-consumption of sugar or salt. Well, I've always felt a positive vibe in my body after consuming cucumbers. Fluidly, seeds of cucumbers layered in their inner core revealed some antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects on my body.
This deficiency of eating cucumbers is known to everyone who eats them because they keep the skin healthy and keep the digestive system active and riarisk-freet is said that 70% of diseases originate from the stomach, and when the human stomach is healthy, the risk associated with 70% of diseases is lowered. Cucumbers effectively do this.
discussed earlier, eating cucumber is healthy for the skin as well. I've also observed skin benefits after consuming cucumber, such as reduction of puffiness around the eyes and removal of acne from my facial skin.
If you have visited my previous blogs, I've shown leaves and plant photography of the Guava plant planted in my home. Nowadays, it is the season of Guava, and I still eat that regularly without any specific time.
I can't say anything about my immunity condition, whether it is fully protected or not, but I believe that eating Guava daily has played a significant role in my immunity boost. A year ago, I was ill with fever, but this date, I've never faced any prolonged ailment. There could be dozens of reasons behind this, but my fruit-eating habit surely has a role in it.
Taking from a biological perspective, a guava fruit has a high value of dietary fiber, which makes it beneficial for the process of digestive system. I have noticed my digestive regularity by eating fruits.
Again, my exercise habit and habit of eating fruits have provided me with great skin health benefits. The improvement of my skin health is evidence of fruits on my body because our skin cells are changed every 120 days (as told by my bio teacher
Dr Asif Ali), and therefore, the effects of fruits are revealed earlier on the skin.

I like fruit-based desserts, drinks, and shakes.
Well, sweets and dishes made from fruits are desserts, and I like them a lot. Below are some of them.
Mango Preserve (Mango Murabba) 🥭 |
Common in villages and different from pickles. This dish or dessert carries importance in this regard because it requires a smaller amount of added sugar. It is made from slow-cooked mango pieces in sugar syrup until it becomes thick, and after cooking, an ajam-like mixture of mango slices and sugar is obtained, known as mango preserve.
A dessert filled with sweets and nutrition is made using vanilla wafers mixed with banana slices. Usually, it is similar to Custered and becomes sweet and creamy on complete preparation.

Any liquid made of fruits only, without the mixture of any other ingredients, is called a fruit drink.
This drink is going to be very common in the next few days. It is made using false barriers, which are common in Summer. This drink is a favourite of many people in summer because of its hygienic ability. It feels cool and is considered one of the most powerful drinks against heat strokes and heat waves in summer.
Also common in Summer and used to fight against the heat of summer. Its making process is too simple. Just adding pudding of plum pudding into water along with powder of some spicy elements. It provides digestive aid and is rich in vitamin C. It works as a natural coolant.
This drink is becoming popular. It is an invention of some modern influencers 😂. But, it has a lot of benefits, such that watermelon becomes cheap in the summer season in Pakistan due to its vast production. Melon drink is made by crushing the watermelon's core in a machine. The red drink obtained is mixed with salts and ice cubes, and the drink becomes ready. It has no health side effects.

Everybody likes to take a fruit shake with milk or other fruits. Some of the shakes that I drink are listed below.
A common diet for people of Punjab in Summer, when mangos are available in plenty. I like this shake very much. Mango is my favourite fruit, and its shake is the most awaited offer for me, for whom I wait about 7 months a year. It is just a mixing of milk with mango and added sugar, but its creamy taste dipped me into its flavour.
It is considered to be one of the most energetic and healthy diets. Bananas have high value in natural sugar and natural nutrients, which provide strength to the human body. Slices of cut banana are mixed with milk, and sugar is added. Similar to the prior shake.

Well, I like barriers because they are available in my village and require little struggle for the preparation of juice. The summer season is coming. I do not like heat stroke of summer but I like fruits and vegetables that summer brings with it.
