Hello, good evening, I'm geegirl, from Nigeria. It's my first time here, I will be sharing my hair health and what I do to keep it healthy. A contest organized by @khursheedanwar

My hair is one of my greatest assets, and I take great care to keep it healthy and looking its best. I'm a proud owner of natural hair. Keeping healthy hair improve my personal appearance and I don't play with my hair.

I wash my hair twice a month and in a salon, where my stylist uses a gentle shampoo and conditioner good for my hair. She will massages my hair very well when she applied shampoo to remove scalp and to stimulate blood flow and promote healthy hair growth, then rinses my hair thoroughly with warm water.

After washing, she applies a generous amount of conditioner to help lock in moisture. She leaves the hair when she apply the conditioner for a few minutes before rinsing it out with warm water. This helps keep my hair soft, smooth, and free of tangles.

After that she will then gently combs out my hair using a wide-tooth comb because I have natural hair before applying pure original coconut oil hair cream to keep my hair moisturized and protected. Finally, she styles my hair in a beautiful twist, to prevent breakage.

With this routine, I maintain healthy, shinning hair. I prioritize gentle care, minimizing heat styling and harsh chemicals. Regular trims and moisturizing treatments also help keep my hair soft and free from breakage.

In conclusion, my hair care routine is simple yet very effective. With regular salon visits and using shampoo, conditioner and hair cream good for my hair kept my hair healthy, I enjoy beautiful, healthy hair that enhances my natural beauty.
