This calcium supplement which I bought recently might be the key for my effort to further strengthen my bones because it has magnesium which works in tandem with my Vitamin K2 MK-7 and Calcium carbonate supplements in order to route the Calcium away from my body's soft tissues and into my bones for a proper or should I say, best bone mineralization.

I am already getting a good result for taking my Vitamin K2 MK-7 twice a day because of my improved mobility so I am expecting a better improvement for this point in time because of what this new Calcium plus minerals in it has to offer.

As you can see it has zinc which is known to improve resistance and coper to facilitate biochemical reactions to body's enzymes and more, we can refer to Google to read its good effects to the body not only for the bones. So I am optimistic that this new supplement will give me more improvements with my overall health and immunity.

My Moringa powder which I use as a food supplement also has magnesium so with this additional magnesium from this new Calcium tablets will further provide me hopefully with enough of that mineral to further strengthen my still weak nut improving bones. I should be getting a lesser pain for my elbow joints and backpain and if that happens then I will know that I am in the best path.

I do recommend for everyone to try to improve their bone health because we are susceptible to weakening of bones for the reason that our diets are not varied enough for our body to get the vitamins, minerals, and proteins which our bodies needs to function well especially when we are already old so that we will remain strong and functioning well even in our prime years of life so that we can enjoy living our very short lives while we are still alive especially if we are under God's grace and mercy.
