My wife was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis, which led me to research how it affects men too - though it progresses more gradually in males.

Having lost 50 lbs two years ago, I've maintained my weight through rucking, weight lifting, and healthy eating.

My routine already includes bone-strengthening exercises like planks, push-ups, and squats, plus osteoporosis-fighting foods like yogurt, spinach, kale, and nuts.

I created a comprehensive post about the disease and effective treatments: https://steemit.com/osteoporosisprevention/@dourick/osteoporosis-prevention-2025-7-breakthrough-treatments-that-actually-work
