Why is it more important to stay hydrated in summer than in other seasons?

It is very important to stay hydrated in summers as compared to other seasons. Hydrating means including those things in your food and drink which contain more amount of water in the day because water is the only option by which we can avoid heat. Drinking more water or consuming water-rich food items protects our body from diseases caused by summer and keeps our body completely healthy.

Hydrating food items are watermelon, cucumber, melon, sherbet, lemonade, lassi etc. By using all these things from time to time, there is no shortage of water in our body and our body remains fresh and the body remains refreshed. There is no feeling of heat. There is no shortage of water in our body. If there is a shortage of water in the body, then the person falls ill and can even lose his life. Therefore, by using hydrating food items, one can easily avoid heat.


How much water do you drink daily in summer? Do you follow any routine?

I consume about four to five liters of water or liquid daily in summers because drinking this much liquid or water is beneficial for my body. If a person has sufficient water in his body, he never falls ill and remains fit and healthy. A person should consume one-tenth of his body weight and that many liters of water. This ensures that there is no shortage of water in the human body and he never falls ill.

If seen in reality, a person should drink four to five liters of water in a day so that his body is not adversely affected and he remains protected from the storms of heat and cold. His digestive system will also remain fine and he will not suffer from any disease.


What are your favorite hydrating foods, drinks or beverages during hot weather?

My most favourite hydrating food in summer is watermelon and muskmelon. These fruits are my favourite fruits. Regular consumption of these removes the water deficiency in my body. There are many other food items like cucumber, sherbet, lemonade etc. One should consume these in equal quantities during summer. This prevents water deficiency in the body and keeps one refreshed in summer. There are many beverages available in the market these days which provide relief to a person in summer like cold drink, sugarcane juice, mango shake, but the fun that is there in seasonal fruits like watermelon and muskmelon is not there in any other thing. By eating these, a person always remains refreshed and active and energetic throughout the day.


How does dehydration affect our body? And how to deal with that condition?

Dehydration means lack of water in the body, which has a huge impact on our body. A person falls ill and that disease sometimes becomes so fatal that it can even put a person's life at risk. That is why it is important for a person to overcome the lack of water in his body during summers. A person should regularly consume liquids or seasonal fruits from time to time so that the need of water in the body can be met and a person can become healthy. If there is a lack of water in a person's body, then that person should drink water in sufficient quantity to meet it. Electrolyte water or glucose water should also be used.

This helps in meeting the lack of water in the human body quickly. Apart from this, consuming seasonal fruits like watermelon, muskmelon, cucumber, etc. also increases the amount of water in the human body and he becomes healthy quickly.

Hi friend, hydration is part of a day-to-day activity especially during this summer. When we stay hydrated our body feels calm, cool and agile to perform our house chores and activities which put food on our table. Watermelon is a fruit which contains at least 80 to 90% of water which can help the body to maintain temperature regulation and perform homeostasis accurately. Dehydration will lead to headache, indigestion and fatigue causing certain diseases like kidney stones and heartburn including inflammation of the lungs. Based on the person you are I would say you have written well, steem on, may Allah Grant you all your heart desires amen.
