What is your favorite fruit and why do you like it?
My most favorite fruit is apple because this fruit is very beneficial for health and becomes easily available every season. By eating this fruit, both health and digestion are healthy and the hunger also opens and the man also has a lot of food. This fruit is very beneficial for health.
It contains sufficient amount of vitamins which are very helpful to keep the body healthy. This fruit is very sweet to eat and by eating this fruit, the man remains fresh. By eating one -mened daily, the man remains healthy and he never falls ill. I feel very tasty and bearing factor in eating this fruit, so I like this fruit very much and I definitely eat an apple every day.

Fruit is part of my diet, I must eat some fruit with eating, because eating food along with food makes you feel hungry and I eat a lot of food, it also keeps my health well. I would like to say that if a person consumes the fruit while taking a diet,

Have you ever felt any health benefits by eating fruits regularly?
I have felt a lot of benefits in health by eating fruits regularly, as I am always fit and healthy, my hanzma is always right and I feel hungry, due to which I easily eat food easily, eating my full dose keeps energy in my body, due to which I am very active and my mind is easily engaged in studies and other works.
Eating regular fruits also keeps the brain healthy and also increases the ability to think, so I am always fit and I would like to say to all the people that regular fruits must be consumed, so that humans will always be active and healthy.

I like fruit-based sweets because I do not eat sweet at all but like a fruit-based beverages like Mango Shake, Banana Shek Vagaira-Vagaira-Vagaira I definitely change all these shakes and drink all these shakes, it provides coolness in the body and mind in the body and it feels freshly fresh.
