What do you understand by heat stroke

Heat stroke is caused by high temperatures. Heat stroke occurs when the temperature is high during hardening. This type of incident can occur if the temperature is high in the place where the work is done, or if the place has poor ventilation. Heat stroke is a disease that does not occur often, but when it does, it needs to be treated quickly, otherwise people can die. Heat stroke occurs when people work in high temperatures and the body does not have the ability to regulate its temperature. Or if the sweat produced in the body fails to cool the skin surface, the internal body temperature increases, resulting in heat stroke.

Heat stroke is a heat-related illness, heat stroke occurs when working in high temperatures. So the syndromes of heat stroke are:

1. Sudden shaking of the head, headache and dizziness.
2. Sweating is supposed to come out of the body in extreme temperatures, but sweat does not come out.
3. Muscle weakness occurs, and pain occurs when the muscle is touched.
4. Nausea or vomiting, increased heart rate.
5. Breathing becomes shallow. It is difficult to breathe.
   The main symptom of heat stroke is a high risk of heat stroke if the body temperature is over 104 Fahrenheit.

In case of heat stroke, first call the hospital call center, then arrange to take the patient to the hospital. Until the patient is taken to the hospital, the patient should be taken to a cool place or moved to a shaded place. In case of heat stroke, no unnecessary clothes should be worn on the body. It must be opened very quickly. If possible, the patient should be given a fan to cool down, and cold water should be applied to his armpits, palms, and soles.
