Why is staying hydrated more important in the summer than other seasons?

During the summer, the temperature is extremely high. And due to this excessive temperature, it gets very hot outside. Due to this heat, our body sweats a lot. This is because the temperature is intense. The sweat that comes out of the body is basically the excess fat inside the body and this fat comes out as sweat from the body.

And the sweat that comes out of the body along with the heat comes out, it can also be called salt. Body sweat This is mainly at that time. When the sunlight is intense and the temperature is excessive in this heat. During the summer, sweat comes out of the body and the body undergoes organizational changes. This is why it is important to maintain moisture.

How much water do you try to drink daily in the summer? Do you follow any routine?.

Speaking of myself, it is summer time. I drink a little more water. Because in summer time, due to the high temperature of the sun, the human body sweats a lot. In this, some water is lost from the body and comes out as salt. For that, the body's demand for water increases a lot.

So I am happy that at least three and a half liters of water is drunk by the young people of adult age during this time. Although sometimes the water intake is less, I make up for that deficiency. However, I always do everything according to the routine even during this summer.

What are your favorite hydrating foods, drinks or beverages during hot weather?

I personally say that my favorite hydrating food during the summer is cold lemonade. I drink it for two reasons only because it is cold which keeps the body cool and healthy during the summer. Secondly, lemonade helps in removing the fat inside the body. And it keeps the body fit all the time. This is my favorite drink during the summer. Cold lemonade.

How dehydration affects our body? And how to overcome that situation?

Dehydration makes our body very weak. And after this weakness, the body becomes very immobile. Every cell in the body becomes weak due to lack of water. And if there is lack of water in the body, then there are many problems in moving the body.

Excessive headache, blurred vision. Dizziness can be a feeling like falling due to lack of water in the body. And to overcome this, we should drink a lot of water. So that there is no shortage of water in the body. So we should drink water to overcome this situation.
