Friends I am participating in this contest and "Contest Alert " Share Some Effective Ways To Reduce Weight " and this contest organized by @suboohi in Healthy Steem. I am very thankful to you ma'am for this interesting contest.Now I am going to share with you some effective ways to reduce weight below 👇.

What is a obesity?

The Obesity is a medical condition and It is characterized by an excess amount of fat in a body. Which can impact negatively on health. It is measured by calculating body mass index of a person. In which is their weight in kilograms divided by the square of their height in meters. The BMI of 30 or higher is considered as Obesity.

Obesity can increase the risk of many health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer in a person's. It is a chronic and very complex disease. It can affect your whole body health and disturb the life pattern of a person.It can lead the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiac problems. The other name of obesity is overweight and It is very common in every person nowadays. Obesity treatments include the changing what you eat and through adding activity and mental health support of a person.

How Obesity affects our health?

The Obesity can affect our health very badly in different ways, which is including:

Cardiac Disease:

It Increase the risk of heart attack, strokes, and high value blood pressure.

Diabetes:

Obesity raise the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Cancer:

It also increase the risk of certain types of cancer, like breast cancer , colon cancer, and kidney cancer.

Joint Issues:

Overweight can strain the joints, leading to pain and osteoarthritis very badly.

Breathing Problems:

It can cause the sleep apnea and other seriously respiratory problems.

Mental Health Problems:

It can cause depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Digestive Issues:

Obesity Increase the risk of gallstones, fatty liver disease, and other digestive severe issues.

We can Maintaine a healthy weight through a well balanced diet and do regular exercise It can help to reduce these risks.

  • We should use foods that are healthy for us like fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
  • Try to not use of processed food like cold drinks, burger, pizza and fried snacks.
  • Use more water can also help to get rid of obesity.

✍️I suggest some effective ways to get rid of obesity in "Regular Physical Activities" are:

  • Start your day with walking for only
    30 minutes.
  • Do exercise for strength training and flexibility exercises.

  • Having sound sleep is also play role to avoid obesity. Sleeping 6 - 8 hours are necessary for quality sleep.
  • Try to live happy and stress free for reducing obesity chances.

Hi @aliraza1234, this is and article which I admire and would like to encourage you to keep creating quality contents like this, obesity known to us all is when individuals obtain more weight due to excess fat and bad cholesterol, it affects everyone irrespective of age, I have seen children suffering from the condition. People with this condition hardly sleep well, they likely suffer from depression, anxiety and heartburn indigestion. Exercising and maintaining a balanced diet will help get rid of obesity since most obesity are caused due to lack of exercise and the consumption of fatty food regularly. Have a nice the friend and keep on blogging.
