[ ] What do you understand by balanced diet?

What I understand by the word balanced diet is that balanced diet is food or are those food that will eat for the betterness of our health strength and such food include nutrition, vitamin, minerals many other which help in balancing our health because in this life after God is our health if you are healthy before you can look forward to how the world is. A little story I remember sometimes if I'm not feeling okay I will not longer be myself and all my target is to be healthy, so you can see how powerful they health is in this world.

[ ] Effects of diet on overall health.

While in this life there are both negative and positive expect of life despite how important that can be the must be a positive and negative part of it. Therefore, let me use protein as an example because there are many part of protein that work the same in the body, imagine that you took eggs and you took beans and meat at the same time, do you think your balance the diet? The answer is No! You can only cost harm to your Heath.

[ ] What diet do you prefer for your health care?and why?

The diet I prefer for my healthcare is vitamin because vitamin to my own understanding over all the balanced diet I have the little believe that it can stand on its own to build your body but that doesn't mean that I am taking out the other diet but for the sake of this question as it ask what do you prefer for your healthcare and why? So this simply means that we are to specify only one if really I understand it so I prefer vitamin than all other diet because it can help to maintain the body for a while even without the other diet you will be okay and healthy because most time when someone go to hospital you will see that they will be bringing fruit to him or her why because the vitamin matters in the body especially when you lose strength.

[ ] Any diet suggestion on your experience that makes healthy.

On this aspect I will say focusing on all diet is the best option so far because specifying it aside it's not a solution but working with all is the best solution and a best suggestion, looking forward to water, water is very essential in the body looking forward to protein, protein is very essential in the body looking forward to vitamin, it is very essential in the body looking forward to fat and oil, it is very essential in the body looking forward to mineral, it is also very essential in the body looking forward to carbohydrate, it is also known essential in the body so I therefore suggest all the diet to be used in order to maintain a good health of every life thank you.
