What is your favorite fruit and why do you like it?

My favorite fruit is mango. I like this fruit for its taste, aroma and various benefits. Mango is called the "king of fruits", we have a lot of mangoes in our country. Mango is a summer fruit. In the month of Jyasti, we prefer mangoes and jackfruit. And eating mangoes with milk is very fun

There are different varieties of mangoes, such as Himsagar, Langra, Fazli, and Dussehra — each has its own taste and characteristics. Just as ripe mangoes are sweet and juicy to eat, raw mangoes can be used to make pickles, chutneys and sherbet, which give relief in the heat. And we can eat chutneys and pickles with various dishes. That is very attractive to us.

Mangoes are also very important in terms of health benefits. It contains vitamins A, C and E, which are helpful for skin, eyes and immune system. In addition, the antioxidants it contains can help prevent heart disease and cancer.

All in all, mango is not only a delicious fruit, but it is also considered part of culture. That is why mango is my favorite fruit — a unique blend of taste, nutrition and emotion.

Yes, fruits are an important part of my diet and I eat them often. Fruits are very beneficial for health, because they contain natural sugars, vitamins, minerals and fiber. I try to have at least one fruit with my daily meals, so that the immune system increases and digestion is good. Moreover, eating fruits makes the skin glow and the body feels strong. Fruits keep our body fresh and comfortable. We sometimes eat different types of fruits, one of which is watermelon. On hot days, we eat watermelon, watermelon eliminates the feeling of lack of water in our body. Because watermelon contains water separately. By eating watermelon, our body always stays cool. During the month of Ramadan, we enjoyed different types of fruits by eating watermelon to keep ourselves healthy and safe. In fact, we should eat our own fruits as much as possible and take care of ourselves to be health conscious.

The list of fruits that I regularly eat is:

  • Mango pickle Generally, many people like mango. But since mango is a summer fruit, we cannot eat it all year round, but if we try, we can eat it in a different way by making pickles.

  • Orange: Orange is vitamin C. Eating this food increases the taste in our mouth. And it helps in providing various types of vitamins and nutrients to the body.

  • Apple: We usually get apples in the market all the time. However, this fruit is very good for the blood and helps in blood circulation.

There are many other types of fruits that we eat constantly. And to keep our health and skin good, we enjoy nutritious fruits almost constantly, which is very important for us.

Have you ever experienced any health benefits from eating fruits regularly?

Yes, I have experienced several health benefits from eating fruits regularly. The biggest change was the improvement in digestion, especially after eating fruits in the morning, I feel light and fresh throughout the day. The skin is also brighter and smoother than before, which I think is the contribution of fruits rich in vitamin C. Besides, eating fruits protects our interests and makes us feel much better. I have seen since childhood that fruits contain a lot of nutrients.

  • Proof:
    A few days ago, my daughter was suffering from a lot of weakness. And my daughter had a lot of difficulty walking and had low strength in her legs. Then I took her to the doctor and the doctor told me to feed her different types of fruits. I have been giving her different types of fruits regularly. Gradually, my daughter has been eating different types of fruits for quite some time, such as grapes, oranges, apples and other different types of fruits. Eating these has changed my daughter a lot from weakness. As a result, I think fruits are very beneficial for our interests. Even if we cannot eat fruits regularly, it is necessary and very important to eat them two to three days a week.

Do you like fruit-based desserts, drinks and shakes? If yes, then tell us about them.

Yes, I like fruit-based desserts, drinks and shakes very much. They are not only delicious but also healthy. For example, mango milkshake gives relief on hot days and gives instant energy. And fresh fruits can be made into different types of Arabic juices and consumed with a blender which are very beneficial for our health on hot days. I like sweet fruits more and I like them very much. For example, mango, grapes, apples, oranges, bananas etc. Fruits, like all other foods, are also very beneficial for health. So, to keep our health right and proper, we can enjoy these foods regularly. We will have energy and our body will be fresh. So friends, this was my experience of some health tips about fruits.
