Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is healthy and well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah I am also healthy and well. You asked me to mention about balanced diet. Thank you very much to my very dear sister @suboohi🥰🥰 for organizing a very nice competition. I am very happy to participate here.
What do you mean by balanced diet?
Balanced diet refers to a diet that provides all the nutrients required for the body's normal growth, energy production and disease prevention in the right amount.
Effect of diet on overall health.
Carbohydrates: Main source of energy such as: rice, bread, potatoes. We enjoy bread, potatoes and rice sugary foods constantly. Due to which our energy source increases and we can live a healthy life.
Protein – For body building and repair such as: pulses, eggs, fish, meat To build the body and keep the body healthy, we include pulses and fish along with eggs. Eating such foods increases the protein strength of our body. Pulses are very good for health. Moreover, I think eggs are a suitable food for children. In that case, if we also enjoy it, our health can be expected to be good.
Fat – provides energy and helps in the absorption of some vitamins (e.g. oil, ghee, nuts)
Vitamins – maintains various functions of the body (e.g. fruits, vegetables) We think it is good to eat vegetables daily. The reason is that green vegetables are very good for health. And by eating green vegetables regularly, we can get rid of various diseases. For example, diseases caused by lack of nutrition. Small children should be made to enjoy food from a young age. And such food is called a balanced diet.
Effect of diet on overall health.
Diet has a profound and multifaceted effect on overall health. Proper diet not only helps in healthy living, but also provides protection from many diseases.
Physical health:
We enjoy different types of food but sometimes we cannot enjoy proper food. In this case, our body feels weak and tired. So we can definitely live a healthy and beautiful life by enjoying a balanced diet.
Prevention of heart disease: Low fat, low sodium and high fruits, vegetables and whole grains help in keeping the heart healthy. So most of the time we should try to eat fruits, green vegetables, raw fruits and such foods. However, we think we can get rid of various diseases. And build a beautiful future.
What food do you like to take care of your health? And why?
I like and love green vegetables very much to keep my health good. Such as spinach, red spinach, data spinach, radish spinach, etc.
Benefits of spinach:
Helpful in preventing anemia. Those whose blood volume is very low can definitely increase their blood volume by consuming this spinach. And can eliminate anemia.
Helps in producing hemoglobin. Spinach is generally very good for health. It can be cooked and fried. As a result, it helps in producing hemoglobin in the body a lot.
Helpful in digestion:
The fiber in it removes constipation and increases digestion. Sometimes I cannot increase my digestion by enjoying different types of food. In that case, eating spinach increases digestion. As a result, we can enjoy different types of food.
Benefits of red spinach:
Keeps eyesight good:
- The vitamin A in it is beneficial for the eyes, helps prevent night blindness.
- The blood volume is extra high and contains iron protein.
- Enjoying red spinach reduces hair loss
- Vitamin C and antioxidants keep the skin smooth. All in all, I can say that red spinach is a very good ingredient for our health.
And another food I enjoy is milk and bananas. Milk is generally a very good thing for health. So I always make a liter of milk. Then I share it with my family and eat it. And my children like to eat milk. And keeping milk in food is an important thing to maintain good health.
Based on your experience, what food advice makes you healthy?
Based on my experience, we need to enjoy different types of food. For example, we need to eat fruits every day. And those who cannot afford it need to eat fruits at least three days a week. As far as I can, I always make one liter of milk for my children at night. And that is fed to the children. And I boil two eggs every morning, which is very beneficial for health.
Shall I give some tips about the benefits of eggs and milk?

The benefits of milk are many, because it is a complete food. Milk contains almost all types of nutrients that are beneficial for everyone from children to the elderly.
Strengthens bones.
Milk contains a lot of calcium and vitamin D, which helps in bone formation and dental health. Sometimes we suffer from calcium deficiency and our hands, feet and knees hurt a lot. In that case, if we drink milk. Of course, we will get the right solution and our health will be good.
Benefits of eggs:
Eggs contain all types of amino acids, which are needed for the body's cell formation, muscle building and repair.
Antioxidants called lutein and zeaxanthin in egg yolks keep the eyes healthy and are helpful in preventing cataracts.
So doctors always say that eggs and milk are considered a balanced diet for various diseases. So if we try to maintain good health, we must eat eggs, milk and fruits regularly.
Another thing is that fruits like apples, oranges, pears, pomegranates etc. should be fed to children and the elderly regularly. As a result, the body will be healthy. Eggs and milk contain a lot of vitamins.
Let me briefly tell you a story that happened to me. My daughter was sick for quite some time. I took her to the doctor and the doctor said to eat good things such as nutritious food. Pain, grapes, milk, banana, beef liver, such foods were prescribed to my daughter, so I fed her regularly for 15 to 20 days, as a result my child gets a lot of energy. Alhamdulillah my child is now completely healthy, so I think some foods are very beneficial for children and adults. I have talked about that above.
