My Favourite Drink in Summer.

Hi everyone I am fine and I hope that you all will also be fine and will be doing great work at Steemit. Today I am here to participate in a contest which is about Juice that you like.
I will participate in the contest in the HealthySteem Community.I will participate in this contest by telling you all about my favourite juice and I hope that you all like my post .So now I will participate by answering some question.Which are as below ;

My favourite drink is Summer is mango milkshake because of it very tasty as well as it is made from juie therefore it also ha mineral in which the minerals whic is requireed to ourbody is occupied .as well as it also removes heat as it can be server cold which is good in Summer .This milkshake is also little bit expensive from other juices because other juices do not need fruite to be prepare they only need a bottle of juice that has to be mixed with water or milk but in miilkshake the mango should be putted in milk and then should be gring .The main reasons for it to be considered as my favourit milkshake in Summmer are ;
MINERALS :
The mango milkshake is always made from mangoes as the mangoes is a fruit therefore it contains minerals so when the milkshake is made then the milkshake also contains minerals which are good for oue health.
TAST :
In Summer season the cold glass of mango milkshark tate is ver y stiafying as it is very tasty.

Yes , sometime my sibling make a mango milkshake which tastes very good ans remove all the heat and feels us cold in this warm season Summer season.The procegure of mking a mango milkshake at home is as under as you can see but first of all I will share the ingrediants which is needed to make a mango milkshake.
MANGOES :
We want mangoes because mangoes are the basic ingrediant of making an mango milkshake without mangoes mango milkshake cannot be made. so first of all i cutted all mangoes into pieces so that the mango milkshake could be made.
SUGAR :
sugar is option if you want to drink mango milkshake little bit sweat than you can not use sugar but is you ant to drink the mango milkshake sweat than you can add sugar.
KNIFE :
You also need an knife in order to cut the peel from the mango so that it can be used for a milkshake .
JUICER :
Juicer is also plays an important role in making the mango milkshake because without juice we can not make the mango milkshake.
STEP # 1
First of all you have to put the milk into the juicer .So the pieces of mago is in bowl and the picture is an below.As well their is also the picture of mango piecies in the jucier.

then after this you have to put mango pieces into the juicer and then you can start grinding it through juicer.
STEP # 3
After a while if you want to add some sugar then you add sugar into the juicer to make the mango milkshake sweat .
STEP # 4
Finally you can serve it after dropping the milkshake into the jug and also you can drop some ice o make it cold and then you can put it to the glasses and server to people.

The benefits of my favourite milkshake (mango milkshake) are as under ;
- The mangoes are high in mineral Vitamin C which is good for the bost of immunity and in Vitamin a which is good for eyes and for skin as well.
- The mangoes give you a wuick energy because of the natural sugar present in mangoes.
- Mangoes have some enzymes which are good to breakdown food.
- It keeps the body cool in specially in Summer hot season.
- It can also be a good option for gaining weight because it is rich in calories and as well as in nutrients .

Yes I would absolutely recommand this mango milkshaker to other because it has many advantages some of them are as under ;
- It is a very tasty way to get nutrients and minerals both.
- It can also be used as a Quick breakfast.
- Mango milkshake is good to be drank in sumemer season because to be hydrated in hot weather.
But you should also be careful due to some reasons some of them are as under ;
- Bad for weight lossing peoples because it is high in caories as well as in nutrients.
- It can prove bad because it can high in sugar also .
A Mango milkshake can be good for some people but can be also bad for some people .
