Why staying hydrated is more important in summer season:

As we know, in the summer our body releases excess fluid through sweat to change the temperature. Hot and enhanced recreational stages can cause rapid dehydration, which can significantly affect our body's cooling system, strength stages, and general fitness compared to colder seasons.


How much water to drink in summer & routines:

The rule for the unusual place is 2.7 liters for women and 3.7 liters for men to improve with the day from all sources (water, food, drinks). In the summer, with essentially no out-of-door activity, you want more. Some tips:

  • Drink a glass of water whilst you wake up every time.

  • Carry a water bottle and sip after some duration of the day.

  • Drink before, during, and after out of doors activities.


Favorite hydrating foods & drinks in summer season:

Fruits: Watermelon, cucumber, oranges, strawberries are best food for hydration in summer.

Veggies: Lettuce, celery, zucchini are most considering greens in summer season for hydration.

Drinks: Coconut water, natural teas, electrolyte liquids are the best liquids for utilized in summer season.

Snacks: Smoothies, yogurt are best class snacks for summer season season.


Effects of dehydration:

Mild: Thirst, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, darkish urine

Moderate to Severe: Dizziness, speedy heartbeat, confusion, warmness exhaustion or heatstroke (that is a clinical emergency)


How to overcome dehydration:

1. Sip some water after the face mint or oral rehydration solutions (ORS), and stay away from sugary or caffeinated drinks.

2. Mild cases: Rest in a reclined position, rehydrate slowly.

3. Severe cases: Seek emergency help if a person shows signs and symptoms such as confusion, no sweating, or fainting.
