Good article. Loss of appetite is very good thing. Craving for things like pizza is when your body gets too much natrium. So if for when you eat too much sugar foods like chocolate. You don't crave them, because you need the substances hidden in these foods, but because you are somehow addicted.
I would recommend to everyone to stop eating these kinds of food. It will benefit their health and in as much as 15 days, they will simply don't enjoy them anymore. Just the beginning might be hard.
Yes !! I used to love carbs and sweets so much, it is amazing how i can just stop it !! Now i dont crave it anymore. honestly the first few days were hard but after a week or two, your body gets used to it and feel so much better. :) thank you for sharing.
