Results of oil palm fruit harvest

Hi everyone.....
On this occasion I would like to share some pictures that I captured this afternoon from the oil palm plantation area that is being harvested today! Harvesting is done after the oil palm trees are 3/4 years old after being planted from the seedlings!

The harvesting tools needed for oil palm are; Dodos, egrek, gancu, axe, machete, angkong, tojok.

There are five stages of oil palm harvesting carried out by oil palm farmers
1.cutting leaf stalks and bunch stalks 2.cutting ripe fruit bunches 3.transporting fruit to the collection point 4.collecting loose fruit 5.sending oil palm fruit to the factory!
