"THEREFORE YOU ARE INEXCUSABLE, O man, whoever you are who judge, FOR IN WHATEVER YOU JUDGE ANOTHER YOU CONDEMN YOURSELF; FOR YOU WHO JUDGE PRACTICE THE SAME THINGS."
Romans 2:1 (NKJV).

Whoever is preaching or teaching the gospel or the Bible should imbibe or adopt this principle; whatever he or she is not practicing, they should not preach or teach against it.
Whatever you are speaking against, or condemning other people for, in your messages, should not be found practiced or done by you. Preaching against whatever you are doing secretly is hypocrisy, and God detested such a thing. This is what Jesus in His earthly Ministry usually speaks against concerning the pharisees and the Sadducees (Matthew 23:13-28). They wanted to present themselves as a righteous people, but their private life is dirty (Luke 12:1). What they condemn or tell other not to do, they are guilty of the same acts or sins—they were hypocritical (Matthew 23:13-28).

Ministry leadership is not about having a title or a position or an appellation you are called by, but a way or an act of influencing other people positively for God. People who are following a leader tend to follow whatever the leader does, thus, If bad deeds are found in a leader's life, a larger percentage of his or her followers will follow suit.
Consequently, If you are telling others not to practice a particular thing, you also should not engage in it or practice It at all:
21 YOU, THEREFORE, WHO TEACH ANOTHER, DO YOU NOT TEACH YOURSELF? YOU WHO PREACH THAT A MAN SHOULD NOT STEAL, DO YOU STEAL? 22 YOU WHO SAY, “DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY,” DO YOU COMMIT ADULTERY? YOU WHO ABHOR IDOLS, DO YOU ROB TEMPLES? 23 YOU WHO MAKE YOUR BOAST IN THE LAW, DO YOU DISHONOR GOD THROUGH BREAKING THE LAW?" (Romans 2:21-23 NKJV).

A leader, or shepherd of the sheep, leads from the front, and that is by example—they followers or the sheep would see him practice or do whatever he is telling them to do: "NOR AS BEING LORDS OVER THOSE ENTRUSTED TO YOU, BUT BEING EXAMPLES TO THE FLOCK" (1 Peter 5:3 NKJV).
Being a leader or founder of a ministry does exonerate—exempt or exculpate—you If you are guilty of any sin that you are preaching against:
2 BUT WE KNOW THAT THE JUDGMENT OF GOD IS ACCORDING TO TRUTH AGAINST THOSE WHO PRACTICE SUCH THINGS. 3 AND DO YOU THINK THIS, O MAN, YOU WHO JUDGE THOSE PRACTICING SUCH THINGS, AND DOING THE SAME, THAT YOU WILL ESCAPE THE JUDGMENT OF GOD?" (Romans 2:2,3 NKJV).
A leader or minister who secretly lives in sins is either silenced in condemning that same sin or be hypocritical about it.
If you are living in secret Sin as a believer or a minister, you would not have the boldness to condemn it openly. And If you did, you would have guilts in your heart; guilt of being hypocritical.
Remember, the Scripture says:
"NEVERTHELESS THE SOLID FOUNDATION OF GOD STANDS, HAVING THIS SEAL: “THE LORD KNOWS THOSE WHO ARE HIS,” AND, “LET EVERYONE WHO NAMES THE NAME OF CHRIST DEPART FROM INIQUITY" " (2 Timothy 2:19 NKJV).
Right your wrongs today before It is too late!
Peace.
