UNDERSTANDING WHAT IT IS OR WHAT IS MEANT TO BE POSSESSED 2

43 “WHEN AN UNCLEAN SPIRIT GOES OUT OF A MAN, HE GOES THROUGH DRY PLACES, SEEKING REST, AND FINDS NONE.
44 THEN HE SAYS, ‘I WILL RETURN TO MY HOUSE FROM WHICH I CAME.’ AND WHEN HE COMES, HE FINDS IT EMPTY, SWEPT, AND PUT IN ORDER.
45 THEN HE GOES AND TAKES WITH HIM SEVEN OTHER SPIRITS MORE WICKED THAN HIMSELF, AND THEY ENTER AND DWELL THERE; AND THE LAST STATE OF THAT MAN IS WORSE THAN THE FIRST. So shall it also be with this wicked generation." "

• Demons take over someone's mind after the person had gained the trust of the leading demon. They take possession of whoever permitted them gradually. It would always be one demon that would gain an access, and subsequently open the door for others to come in.

• If a believer's mind is let loose or unprotected or unguarded; the devil, demons, would take a step to take over such a believer's mind, though not the spirit.
• The possession of a believer's mind is always gradual as said earlier in the first part, It could take months and years; It all depends on the spiritual laxity of such a believer.
• There are truly believers who are genuinely born-again, who gradually relinquish their minds to the devil ignorantly or because of not being circumspect.
• Note: a believer who makes it a practice to daily feed on the Word of God, the Bible, prays for a considerable number of hours daily, who fasts periodically, and routinely get himself or herself engaged in spiritual exercises; cannot lose his or her mind to the devil.
• But the lazy ones, those who find it difficult to do things mentioned above, and more; are always the victims of being possessed in their minds by a demon or more.
• The daily exercise of spiritual principles, As mentioned above, would make a believer's mind or life not conducive; unhelpful or unfavourable for a demon to work or operate in.

• Having said that, there are some believers who are sincerely wrong, or they are fed with erroneous teachings; seeking or aspiring to move forward in their spiritual life but were fed with erroneous teachings or doctrines that enhance or facilitate demonic interference or possession in their life.

• Whoever fulfils the procedure for his or her mind to be taken over or be possessed by a demon, would experience It; whether a believer or an unbeliever.
• Some have taught that a person had to empty his or her mind or be passive in the mind before one could hear or receive a message from God. That you have to remain silent and not allow anything in your mind, As If you are in a stupor, before you can receive a message from God. Whoever does that might inadvertently allow a demon to access or gain entrance into his or her life.
• God would not ask you to empty your mind or be passive before you could receive from Him. You mind had to be active and know what you are receiving. It is through the activeness of your mind you would get to know whether what you had supposedly heard from God is actually from Him or not.
• Through your mind you discern whether what you think you received from the Holy Spirit on the inside of you is actually from Him or it comes from a suggestion by a demon outside your body.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any ailment in your body, receive your healing now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
• If the Affliction you are experiencing is being masterminded by a demon or more, I command their their hold loosed on your life, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
