Current Situation in Kharkov, Ukraine || Lock-down Day -27

Only 3 days left and we will reach the 1-month lock-down period. I won't say the situation in Kharkiv is so bad or I am having a bad time, but days are quite boring, to be honest. I have already mentioned that this entire quarantine period feels like a bird in a cage, I can't see everything, I can feel everything, I just can't fly.

Every day I hear "Lovely" song and think about the one sentence...

Isn't it lovely, all alone
Heart made of glass, my mind of stone...

Though days are really lovely sunny spring but I am not able to enjoy that. Lockdown or quarantine period is kind of mental torture and now I can understand why people always talk about self-motivation because every day I woke up into 500sft apartment, every day I take coffee and look at the sky while drinking that. Sometimes I feel that slowly depressing is grasping me, slow and steady.

This football playground used to be a cheerful place which I enjoyed most. Every day people come here to play football matches, Monday to Friday afternoon shift and on weekend all day. Also, children's used to play here but because of lockdown, this is now just a huge field.

Because of government instructions, this football field is shutdown in fact now a single can't go there, not for a walk as well. Well, in winter this field remains covered with snow but in spring it is playful.

But now empty...

The number of infected cases are increasing day by day and don't know when it will stop increasing. 27 days back it started with 2 infected cases and now it is 2511 confirmed cases. Already, 26577 tests have been done and many more to go.

The death number is now 73 and recovered 79. I guess it will increase more.

The mayor of the Kharkiv city is very strict and he took actions immediately that's why the rate of infected cases in Kharkiv city is very low, maybe 2-3 confirmed cases and they already recovered.

Ukraine has purchased German and Chinese test systems for detecting COVID-19. The reagents in the test systems make it possible to carry out laboratory diagnostics of the new coronavirus at the current level. It takes approximately 5-6 hours to get the result. source.

The government of Ukraine took necessary steps already and updating restrictions all the time. Nowadays everyone has to carry id cards and without any reason, no one can go out. If you go out, you have to wear a mask. Whatever, I ended up at the grocery store today and glad that we have enough food available for everyone.

I hope that this pandemic corona will go away soon otherwise this entire situation will make many people mentally crazy or maybe can cause mental disorder due to staying at home 24/7.
