It Is My Early Treatment Session Today

My nurse texted to tell me yesterday that my dialysis session will be a batch earlier so I will be heading for my earlier session at 9:30 AM but we will be going to hit the road at 8:00 AM because my mother always wants us to go at a much earlier time.
I also felt some urge to sleep at an earlier time last night so I just "hit the bed" and called it a day because I wasn't drinking any coffee but a decaffeinated one which really enhanced my sleep pattern. If I was drinking regular coffee even with thinned-out ones I am a bit stimulated and it would affect the way I sleep but now I am sleeping more at an earlier time too.
My dialysis also affects my eating times because I have to eat before my session even though I am not hungry. I might just eat a boiled egg this morning and some toast and I think it is enough to last me a session. I am taking hard candies anyway so I am not worried much about having a hypoglycemia.

I haven't gotten a stomach upset from my meal of salted river crabs considering that they are indeed raw so it was a success. I wish that I had a normal appetite so that I could enjoy them even more. I just had some Kimchi and Kimchi juice with all that and a bottle of Yakult just to make sure that my gut fauna would not get imbalanced because of that.
Now I still have a whole lot of river crabs in the freezer because I am just the one who eats them. My parents would not touch them because they are just too scared of getting a high blood pressure problem. I told them to just help me because I will be just forced to eat them everyday so that they could be consumed faster. Well they are in the freezer anyway so I am not worried much about spoilage.
Anyway I had a relatively long sleep and I am happy about it eventhough I get to wake up a couple of times for some reason. Having no caffeine in my system helps a lot and it does enhances sleep which is why a decaffeinated coffee is a good thing to have if you wanted to have be hitting the bed at a regular schedule times.
