Stylized Portrait of A Girl

Hey friends, in this painting, I tried to infuse a bit of my personal art style as well as try to learn more about shadows on the face by painting in monochrome. I'm pretty happy with the results! I'm hoping to paint more in this style!

Process
Firstly I started out by sketching the model, I didn't place too much thought in sketching an exact replica of the person. I cleaned up my lines and got painting. I used the Reeves gouache paint on 110gsm sinoart acid free paper.
