Hello Friends...

Annona Squamosa Tree
The tree is the Ata fruit tree (Annona squamosa). Bengali name: Ata fruit. English name: Sugar Apple / Custard Apple. Scientific name: Annona squamosa. The Ata fruit originated in South America, but is now widely grown in Bangladesh, India, Thailand, the Philippines, Africa and the Caribbean. In Bangladesh, it is more commonly found in the Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Jessore, Khulna, Chittagong, and Mymensingh regions.
The Ata tree is a small deciduous tree, usually 3 to 6 meters tall. The branches of the tree are spreading and the leaves are thin and fragrant. The tree looks bushy. The branches are soft and somewhat fragile. The Ata tree likes sunlight and grows well in moderately moist soil. Long, narrow, smooth and thin. A mild aroma is obtained from the leaves. The veins are clearly visible in the middle of the leaves. The Ata fruit is also called Sita fruit in many places. There is another fruit that looks like ginger, called Sharifa, but the outer surface of the Sharifa fruit is slightly smooth. Ginger plants attract bees and butterflies, which is beneficial for the environment.
Ginger plants usually bloom in spring to early summer (March-May). The flowers are light green-yellow in color and have three thick petals. The flowers bloom singly or in small clusters. Ginger fruits are round, with a thorny or scaly exterior. The fruit is light green to brown in color when ripe. The inside is white, soft, sweet, and has a creamy texture like milk.
Inside there are many black seeds.
Ginger fruits are not only delicious, but they also contain many nutrients. Vitamin C. Boosts the body's immunity. Vitamin B6. Improves nerve function. Iron and calcium are good for blood and bones. Fiber helps in digestion. Antioxidants protect the skin and cells.
Ripe ginger fruits help in digestion. Increases body strength and relieves fatigue. Leaf juice is used as an anthelmintic. Seeds are powdered and used externally to treat lice or itching (but it is dangerous to eat).
