Hello everyone,
I posted my previous report in the community where Steemit witnesses share their updates. I can tell you it’s eerily quiet, and I wonder if it’s worth posting in a remote corner where hardly anyone reads, let alone responds to questions. The fact is, all witnesses are quite busy developing one thing or another, and the list of proposals is long (these are requests for improvements or additions to Steemit, for which funding is asked!).
Given that my Steemit journey more or less began with the Freewriters and CCC, I think it’s more fitting to share my latest updates in these groups.
How is @wakucat doing?
Excellent! All witnesses have a small team they work closely with, and @wakucat is also entering collaborations; everything is running smoothly, the server included. And no, you don’t need a fat wallet for this. That’s the advantage of reading each other’s posts and leaving comments for years. You know exactly who enjoys what and what they stand for, and it’s the creative people who join forces and do their best to make Steemit a more enjoyable place.

Happy to send a witness vote your way; it's good to support witnesses who are active in the community, not just active on the back end with developing code and updates.
It would be nice if more witnesses were actually more "visible" and giving the community a better sense of what they represent for Steemit.

I truly hope the platform will make me more active. Yesterday i asked AI about the 22 witnesses of Steemit. Of course, each one of them mentioned was years old and long gone except for steemchiller, but what I noticed is that we had back then at least two (starting with the number 1) who wanted to improve connecting with others.
I feel the same as you. if you don't know where to find a witness, you will never meet one or know what they do.
I hope this year will make more of them visible, and also the list with witnesses will look more active and not like a ghost town, which isn't very inviting.

This is a boat that you have just thrown into the sea. The sea is fury, calm, color. It is brave to face the sea. Do you know any captain who is afraid of storms? From storms emerge the great sailors. And then, as if by magic. When the calm comes. We'll have bright sunshine, seagulls and someone from above at full breast. Earth. Land. Solid ground.
How strange, as you started about a boat I immediately thought of the cocoa boat @ibesso gave me so I wouldn't drown. I believe I keep that one to peddle through the cocoa stream or better let it float wherever it likes to go (there's always a stream).
I wonder if it leads to the island.

We hope that wakucat as well as the CCC community will grow stronger, with the active participation of the steems family. We also hope that many more will join us in helping the most needy users.
I noticed many of those who joined CCC are till around.. Did you notice that too? The most important is we communicate and can share. The contests and the rest is all extra.

Many are here and many have disappeared. I made invitations to many of those who were there before but received no response, I looked for them and they are gone. I hope they remember to come back to remember the times.
