My weight just keeps going up, and my friends are struggling with the same issue. How can we lose weight if all we want to do is eat? We're basically controlled by our appetites.
As our weight and age increase, we're more likely to develop health issues like high cholesterol, gout, and diabetes, which can actually lead to sudden weight loss.
By "weight loss", I mean it's not from dieting, but from the disease itself, which can be really torturous for our bodies, and we'd have to avoid many foods. So, take care of your health before disease comes knocking.
Fasting might be my best bet right now, but it hasn't helped me shed pounds. Perhaps it's because we're stress-free and get a good night's sleep, but could this relaxed state actually be causing weight gain?

If it comes to weight I doubt it increases by age since there are plenty eldeely who are very skinny. Overall I do believe the average person is too fat — especially where I live and you mainly see it with the poor — bad food/carbohydrates and a lack of nutrition are the main reason. What your body needs? It depends per person.
Diering or more exercise can work but the question is for how long. A change of habit is needed. You could write down what you eat, means, snacks, what you drink — do it with your friends for support.
You can also have one week per month a juice only week (or if no juice you eat fruits). All different types of fruits will provide in what the body needs.
Btw breaking your brains about weight is also a type of stress!

Benar, namun saya tidak ingin membuat pikiran saya stres, semua itu juga kesalahan diri sendiri, makan tidak mikir-mikir semua yang ada di depan langsung di hap....coba kalau bisa menahan sedikit mungkin tidak akan seperti ini 😭.
Tetapi suami saya sangat senang melihat saya yang berisi seperti ini, katanya "biar gemuk itu tidak akan merubah cinta saya kok" 🤭🤣🤣🤣
Jadi yang perlu saya lakukan adalah mempertahankan saja badannya seperti ini tapi jangan sampai bertambah berat lagi, karena untuk membuat kurus butuh perjuangan keras....
