Who doesn't want to have a good and healthy body, even I really dream of having a good, slim and attractive body, but what can I do if my hobby is eating, how can I have a slim body?
I think this is just a dream that will never happen, I promised to exercise, but when will that be? Everyone says it's easy and very simple but where's the proof, I only exercise once a week while eating three times a day, not to mention snacks 🤭, if you just say you can, I think anyone can, but it's not necessarily true to do it, right?
There's no need to make vague promises but there's no clarity, it's better to just maintain a regular diet, even though you're fat but you're far from disease, I think that's much more beautiful🤗.
