Many people have different interests in reading. Some people like to read books, while others like novels, stories, and tales, whether in the form of books or digital content. Every person's preferences change over time. There are also some people for whom reading does not only mean reading books, but also reading people.

Just like psychologists read people. A psychologist does not read a patient just from what they say, but also from the patient's speech, body movements, silence, eye movements, and psychological attitudes. A mentally ill patient is like an open book to a psychologist, which he reads.

I'm not a psychologist, but I met one such patient. Her incomplete words, the sadness in her eyes, and the fake smile became a mystery to me. That was the first time I had the opportunity to read a human being.

First I befriended her. Then, slowly, I talked to her about her past to bring out the sadness inside her. And then there came a moment when her life opened up to me. The sorrow, the pain, that had driven her into depression were greatly reduced.
Patients who suffer from depression tend to isolate themselves. But at such times, they need a friend and a guide, so that the problem can be solved, and not to do injustice to themselves by putting themselves in depression.

Depression is a disease for which there is no cure. This disease can be temporarily reduced with treatment and medication, but it is impossible to eradicate it from its roots.

I want to say that I love reading, but without a book.
