Which is best..?? monthly income job or bussiness ??

Monthly income professions are mostly comfortable for many people. Most of the people are like to do 9 to 5 jobs or IT related jobs. After came to home, they like to spend time with their family..

My thoughts about monthly income job..

Peoples loves to as employee. In first half career I think its not bad, Because till the 40 years of age, private job is comfortable. But due to population increase, why the company want to maintain their experience employee with lot of amount salary. The freshers or less experienced employee also can do the same work. Nowadays due to AI Technology also decrease the job opportunitites in IT Sectors.
If they left from the monthly income job after 40 age, how they can take risk in new bussiness or some other money making activies. Because their children also become an adult. Their school fees and college fees also a burden to financial status.

If they starts a bussiness or any other money making ideas in early age, they become little strong in after 40 age comparitively monthly income job..
