Memories are an important part of a person's life. Most times in our alone time and even when we are bored, these memories keep us going and put smiles on our faces. This is why creating good memories with our friends and loved ones is so important.

When we remember the good times shared with others, we can remind them of the times we had together. Of course, we will remember because these might be the best times of our life.

There are still days to live on for me but I have had days too where the memories are well cherished. When I remember these times, I am happy irrespective of the circumstances I am into.

You will remember.
You will remember the good times you've had.
Who will forget such memorable moments.
Always remember.

Thank you for your time...

It would be great if we could remember the good memories only, which is possible if... indeed there's an if.... if we force ourselves to only remember the good things since the memory is based on the last memory we had of the last memory it's memory and not the event itself. Who knows if we actively think this way (and are taught to do so) we will not only live a nightmare if alzheimer's disease shows up and we go back to the days of our childhood.

Except it is not possible to remember only the good stuff.
We need both the good and bad memories to help us through life. The good memory to make us smile, and the bad memory to help us learn.
Remembering only the good stuff will make life look like a fairytale.

I agree that it's important to remember both. Fairy tales, the real ones are gruesome stories and they don't have a happy, living forever, wealthy and healthy ending. They were clear messages and some are very gruesome and guess what? Every adult and child understood them.

A good weekend!

I'm glad you agree and I love your view on this.

A good weekend to you too.
