Weirdness is something strange or unusual.
The application of weirdness is not general, it is peculiar to the way a person perceives something or the way he or she sees things.
What a person calls weird can be normal to another person and vice versa.

The result of an action can be strange to one person and normal to another, it only shows how they see a situation. It is also possible that a group of people see things the same way and call it weird. But we cannot categorize something as weird based on what another person has said.
