Tradition. Again!!!
I can remember writing something on tradition and customs last week. After my write up, someone said our traditions serve as the origin of our life. Where we originated from, who we are, and everything surrounding our journey can be answered by our traditions.
I strongly disagreed with the statement, although not entirely all he said but I believe we have to find our own way and infact make our tradition better than it has been for generations.
Imagine all the people in a particular culture are finding the same way, or are treading the same path. Soon enough, there would be no more space for future generations. The path would be too crowded and they all would be on a spot for a long time.
It is good to know your traditions, and yes you have to respect them. But nevertheless, keep your options open all the time. This way, you can reach a larger audience and help your people better.
