Takeover is all about control.
The domination of the weak by the strong.
Some might say it is a good thing because the strong are doing the weak a favour by taking over, at least they have a better chance of surviving life.
As far as the world is concerned, takeover is part of business and it is part of life.
I have seen takeovers in my life, and most of them started with an appeal to help then it became an advantage for the strong and finally a takeover.
Takeover can be an advantage, as well as a disadvantage just like everything else.
